As a class read aloud, The Seekers has been captivating our imaginations. The books follows the quest of a polar bear, grizzly and black bear on a journey across the continent. Which bears will survive the challenge of the wilderness? Today the class researched the habitat, body features and daily life habits of these three bear species and created posters to present their findings. We also learned that author "Erin Hunter" is really a pseudonym for four authors collaborating on the series!
